We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented Virtual Sales Executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve Sales targets. The Virtual Sales Executive’s responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling Freezone products where possible, receiving incoming telephone Sales enquiries and ensuring ‘closure of confirmed sales’
To be successful as a Virtual Sales Executive, the candidate should be persuasive, organized, possess critical thinking abilities and must work in a high-pressure environment. Ultimately, a top-performing Virtual Sales Executive should be able to follow sales scripts for closure as well as demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Calling assigned and prospective leads to convert into Sales.
- Proactive initiation to conduct online virtual meetings with existing and/or potential customers and persuade them to lease freezone products.
- Accurately recording details of customers’ sales orders.
- Processing all pre and post sales process.
- Generating promising leads to and ensure the sales is achieved.
- Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Using sales scripts offered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
- Developing in-depth knowledge to ascertain customer needs and make suitable recommendations to satisfy customers’ needs and preferences.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to achieving sales targets.
- Must have a proven track record of Direct & Indirect Real Estate Sales experience selling via Telephone/ Online medium with a minimum of 5-7 years.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Technical ability and past experience to conduct meetings with clients online via Zoom/WebEx/Teams.
- Proven experience working as a Virtual Sales Executive.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to follow scripts.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills (critical thinking)
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
